My recent art show at Folklore Santa Fe, and road trip to New Mexico, were really special. I was able to spend time with friends, make new friends, stumble upon some epic side quests, and camp in a couple of beautiful places. Making the art for this show was a challenge. I explored new processes and took on new subject matter; drawing inspiration from the landscape around Santa Fe, and finding my voice within that context. It was exciting to see the direction my work can go when I push into unfamiliar territory. It was also an honor to share the gallery with Logan Wannamaker and the other ceramics artists from his studio practice. Their wood over firing techniques are beautiful and inspiring. Many thanks to Kelly and Casey for all of their hard work putting everything together! Reach out if any of the artwork here catches your eye and you’d like more info on purchasing.
