Illustrations were selected from the book "Mop Rides The Waves Of Life" written by Jaimal Yogis and illustrated by Matthew Allen. The book tells the story of Mop, a fun loving kid who loves surfing but struggles to deal with life's little adversities in healthy ways. His mom teaches Mop to bring the mindfulness and joy of surfing into his daily life, letting the tough waves pass and riding the good ones. The Mop book is available for preorder at any book seller.

Matthew, a former Surfer Magazine Art Director, is the co-creator of the now retired boutique surf brand The Ryde. Much of his fine art and photography revolves around beach and surf culture. Matthew spends his days shooting photos and making art as well as creating illustrations for clients such as UNIQLO, Ford Motor Company, Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, Ron Herman, Champion, Vans, Bon Appetit, Food and Wine, and the Anaheim Ducks. Most of his other waking hours are spent surfing and making music.
